Building YourNetBiz To Success – Do Not Forget Your Customers

The money that you earn online will have a direct impact on your success, but how well you handle your customers is what will create your long term success.     Earning money is the goal most strive for when they come online, but you can’t forget about your existing customers.

Customers are what fuels YourNetBiz, and while the compensation structure is lucrative for Direct Sales Companies, you cannot forget your existing customers.  What your customers have to say about you and Your Net Biz will have a direct influence on future customers purchasing from you.  If you deliver on your promises, offer customer support and in our case business mentoring than your business will not be around just for today but long into the future.

The idea of creating a passive income has had some business owners lacking in the customer service department.  The idea is to have systems, and or marketing strategies to do the work for you.     However these systems always require work, and as long as entrepreneurs and business exist, providing the proper customer service can never be automated.  Yes, sorry there forever goes the totally automated business myth.  However, giving back to your customers is what really will make a difference between success and failure.

If you have 10 people not everyone is going to experience the same results in there business.  Not all business opportunities can offer the same formula or path to success, as the work and ending results lies within the entrepreneurs.  My online Business mentors for Your Net Biz and My Internet Business have had high customer service ratings but not all are without complications.

I do not always agree with what customers say at the beginning.  But in order to provide customer service you really have to listen.  As you become experienced you can’t ever forget the outlook of a new person.  You can’t become narrow to your way, or even the companies and products way.    The most challenging customer service attribute is to take yourself out of your position and put it into the customers.

In most cases when you can separate yourself and really listen to your customers then satisfactory results can happen with a complaint.    The biggest problem I see business owners make is when they ignore the complaints or the problem, as it will only end up fueling the situation.

When Your Customer Is Way Off Base

Lets get honest, some people love to complain or try to pull the wool over your eyes.  I had a Your Net Biz member that joined and downloaded every product for resell and then said he was unhappy, unsatisfied, even though he denied every mentoring meeting.    Come to find out he wanted to attempt to resell the down load files.  (Not cool as it is labeled to the distributors and YourNetBiz only).

This was tough as you try to always start with I understand, or I agree.    In the end he and I came to an agreeable situation, and now he is earning solid business with us.

I would love to say every situation when dealing with the public is a bed of roses.  Its not, but there is more wonderful stories when working with people and providing a solid service.  There is satisfaction not only for the customer but the business owner when their product or service is delivering on what they promise.  Sure there is always a few people that aren’t going to see eye to eye, however if you keep basic customer skills in tact you can still strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

It may not happen but it should always be your number one priority.

You can do it through building your own websites with your own personal touch. You can choose how to target your audience. A natural way to attract people who are already seeking what you have to offer.
