Leading Internet Business To Success - The Good the Bad And The Ugly

It has been established that finding the right business mentoringwill increase your success ratios with an Internet Business.  Online Business opportunities are not automated and there are definite strategies that will have you make money online fast, and their are those using failing strategies when building an Internet Business.

There are two sides to business mentoring.  One is the instructor, support, and satisfaction, and the most dreaded the critic.  When you mark yourself as a leader, most think that your job in providing a solid mentoring and training is easy. I have actually heard it said that the leaders in this industry have it the easiest.  Okay, I am going to set the record straight.  I have been mentoring and training for over 5 years, and easy isn’t the word I would use to describe it.

I have mentored entrepreneurs from many different Direct Sales Companies, My Internet Business, Passport To Wealth, Coastal Vacations, Jaguar Marketing System, Global Resorts Network to name just a few, so I know what I am talking about.  Although our mentoring has been recognized in the Internet Business world as having the highest duplication rates, and many started with our Mentors 4 U team are now top income earners within the industry, it didnt’ come easy.

Every week you have to offer fresh new exciting training for your members.  And you have to do it in a way that your members understand.  Setting up a training you have to offer what is duplicatable and make sure you present it so it is duplicatable. This isn’t easy, or automated it takes work on your mentors part. 

That’s not the hardest job, and man I have gotten some tongue lashing for this one.  But its what I signed up for, and I am still going to use the mentoring that works for the majority. So what sometimes causes a stir with MyInternetBusiness members? My grading, and suggestions and when something plan isn’t going to make them money I tell them.

As we get older people don’t like to be told what to do, or how to do it.  Even though they wanted our business mentoring they don’t like it when you tell them to redo something.  Now, I understand no one likes to be told they did something wrong, especially if they put time and work into it.  However, if it isnt’ going to work that is exactly what I am going to tell them.  Why, bad habits are easy to get a hold of in this industry.  If you let it slide once it will go on to play a destructive roll with there Internet Business.

Most appreciate the criticism,  I never tell people their stuff sucks BTW, I just give them other options, then if they still want to use it I may have to tell them it isn’t going to work, its a waste of time.  They don’t like it, there isn’t much I can do about that.  Sometimes its better to make mistakes and learn from them. 

When I first started business, I didn’t know how to even send an attachment by email.  That’s the truth, I had very little computer knowledge.  I made mistakes, I made a lot of mistakes. But I learned from them, and made sure that I got top notch training and mentoring.  I took the advice, and now the rest is history.

Now mentoring people I appreciate what the leaders go through.  We take time and effort to help people make money with an Internet Business.  Truth is I have great satisfaction in watching people make money online.  It gives me a great deal of satisfaction, to watch them work an online business and make money with it.  I had a hand in that, I helped change their financial situation, it feels good and makes some of the trouble with mentoring seem like not much trouble at all.
