When you start YourNetBiz, many are excited over the income potential.  Then the reality hits…I am a business owner.     Two things can occur with the knowledge of entrepreneurship.  They truly grasp the potential to become wealthy and it sparks even more excitement in building their Internet Business.  Or it scares the wits out of them, and almost halts them in their tracks.

 

If you are just starting Your Net Biz than I assure you will got through this time of recognition.  In our business mentoring myself and my online business mentors see this transition phase from this is cool, to oh my god I am a business owner.  Now what the hell am I supposed to do?

 

This is where having business mentoring and training because important.  You want to boost your business into profits, and in order to reach our goals you will need to organize your business accordingly.  Where does it all start?

 

During this transition stage, you are the most vulnerable prey to bad negativity.  Your mindset will undoubtedly play thousands of tricks on you.  You will listen to those who want to put doubt in your mind.   Every entrepreneur goes through the negativity to reach his or her goals.  There is not one person who hasn’t built their wealth online that was told they couldn’t do it.  To think you are any different is unwise.

 

You will be faced with the social conditioning of our society.  People are designed to think the only way to create a living is to work 9-5.   This conditioning started from the time you could walk, and even though your head and heart wants more, society is going to tell you a different story.

 

This is the time that you gear up your mindset as a winner.  Gear it up and start attracting your goals and building YourNetBiz to the success you wants.  When I first started My Internet Business I was faced with these same social conditioning.  I had to rework my mindset, and had to extract my success story from the positive instead of the negatives.

 

So face it now you will be faced with negative people.  Is that going to stop you?  Are you going to let these people who will forever be stuck in the 9-5 job tell you what to do with your life. 

 

I should hope not.

 

So how can you get Your Net Biz to grow and not let the negativities stop you dead in your tracks.

 

It starts with association marketing.  Okay I know you have heard of attraction marketing, but what the hell is association marketing.

 

Associating marketing is your first real marketing strategy.  The fact is its not about driving customers, nor getting your fabulous website seen.  It’s about whom you are going to align yourself with.  This is where it all starts.   

 

Online Marketers are some of the most up beat, dynamic people you will meet.  They help you stay grounded, and they can unknowingly help you to recondition the way you think, reversing some of the negativity and doubt that could be plaguing you.  Ask your mentor, if there is a good networking community that you can join, and collaborate with like-minded people.

 

Do not talk to people about your business.  I know this is hard at this point.  But only talk about your business with those that have confidence in you building YourNetBiz to success.   Save the topic for when you are wildly successful, and then it bring it up to the negative people. 

 

Another method that helped me was to stay away from the news, and the newspapers.  Its depressing, especially now with all the gloom and doom of our economy decline.    You want an upbeat attitude when you build your business.

 

Instead of listening to the radio, or watching television start your day with a networking audio.  Tips and reviews, of how to build your business, is the best mindset booster for YourNetBiz.    Interviews from people who started from nothing and are now quite wealthy in your industry.

 

It really puts you in different mind frame to learn how others achieved success.   Everyone loves the hero story.  Where they started with nothing, and created wild success for themselves and there families.

 

Before you go out and start your advertising plan for YourNetBiz, start your association marketing.  Then kick those negative nillys to the curb, and watch your business start to soar.

Why would you help me build my YourNetBiz?  Would you not be my competitor once you teach me your marketing strategies?   Because I put myself and my online business mentors on the market place as sharing the marketing strategies that is allowing me to earn a multiple six-figure income, I get that question frequently. 

 

Why would you teach me you’re inside secrets?  And why would you share it for the whole world to see?

 

First of all I do not share it for the whole world to see.  I have done that before, with my biggest money making strategies placed neatly in my back office for everyone to benefit from.  The thank you I got was they broadcast it all over, and several band together to resell the information I gave them.   (And damn if they didn’t make a lot of money), so therefore I have restricted this information for our members of Your Net Biz only.  Can’t be copied, nor resold.    It is not for the whole world, or our  “real” competition to steal it.  It can’t happen.

Secondly is it all in good-natured fun that I share this information.  Let me be up front and honest, I celebrate my member’s goals.  I love the so-called rags to riches stories that YourNetBiz and our business mentoring has created, but it’s a lot of work for me to train my members.    So besides the thank you Megan I appreciate your help, there has to be another side.

 

I am not selfish; I am not stingy with my information.  But to train my members to build YourNetBiz, My Internet Business, and or Primo Vacations, there is a lot of legwork involved.  Especially since I make my home open all day and evenings to one on one mentoring.    So yes… call me selfish, or call it business but there is another reason that my online business mentors and myself offer our so-called “marketing secrets” to my members. 

 

And It Is A Profitable Reason

 

When you join with us you are not considered competition, in fact you are considered more as a business partner.  I work my business, I train my members but I don’t have time to hit all the hot spots on the Internet.  While I have utilized SEO strategies to have numerous first page inclusions on the Internet, for me to tap into all of the hot spots online would be impossible.  Yet with a team we all win.

 

Lets use Paul as an example; Paul just joined YourNetBiz this week.  We train Paul, give him a website designed to sell, and put Paul to work.  Paul makes $2,000 on a Platinum sale.  Is he competition…no because I just earned $500.00 for pay it forward?

 

What do I mean by paying it forward?  I taught Paul, I trained him with our business-mentoring platform at Mentors 4 U, and now I am compensated for those efforts. 

 

All Paul did was hit one of the hot spots online, that I wouldn’t beable to tackle anyway.  It’s a win win situation.

 

More online business mentors should view this pay it forward system.  Not only is there a genuine satisfaction from watching others success.   But there is also a profitable and very large residual side to it.

Follow it… and stop viewing your members as competition but more as a business partner that you want to have for your business.  When you stop viewing your members as competition, it will not only become prosperous, but you will be surprised by the friendships that you acquire. 

 

In training people for Your Net Biz I have not only helped them to reach their goals, but have formed some life long friendships that I value immensely.

 

When I first started online, I was unaware of the alliances, friendships that would project me into success.  Outside our online community many would look at me like you have a YourNetBiz business.  What is that?  You are crazy things like that don’t work?  The negatives that surrounded me were far different than any of the positives, which I was seeing.

 

My inner subconscious kicked in and would say you can’t do this, they are right who the hell do you think you are.  A stay at home mom of three kids, and you are going to make as much money as these so called gurus. 

 

Yes I had these conversations…wondered often if having conversations with one if I was going crazy!

 

But I didn’t commit myself to an institution.  Instead of questioning myself, I started questioning those around me.  What did they know?  What would they say when I was earning 20 k per month because I stepped out of my safety box.

 

I had to work my subconscious scared, insecurities into their problem not mine.  I saw the people online making money, incredible money, and the question than became why can’t I.      It didn’t come quite that easy, my subconscious mind kept working against me.  Trying to convince me to be safe.    Not to go with a YourNetBiz type business because I could fail. 

 

Yes I could fail but I could be wildly successful.  It really didn’t matter what Bob, Sue, and Joe told me, what did matter is what I did to change my situation.    I hit the Internet, I saw what others were doing and thought its do or die.

 

I had nothing, and would have even less to nothing once I had a business.  But along the lines my subconscious mind started attracting like-minded individuals.   I was told at a young age you can do what ever you want to do in life.  I could accomplish anything.  I was gifted with wonderful parents who instilled that into me. 

 

But that only meant if you followed the norm, of what society thinks.   I remember asking myself some key questions that changed my way of thinking.   I found my paper that I had written these down with, and remember having that inner struggle.  I found it interesting because so many people want to have a Your Net Biz opportunity, but their subconscious mind is playing those wacky tricks on us.

 

If I haven’t lost you with the crazy talk of subconscious mind, and what you may find as psychobabble, I will share with you some of my thoughts.

 

Philip  - Actual friend (no disrespect) is a banker.  He hates his job, hates the people he works with but wakes up everyday and goes to this job that has put a lot of stress on him.  He is a manager responsibilities and an okay paycheck to boot.

 

But did Philip want to be a banker when he was younger.

 

No…

 

Philip wanted to be an astronaut.  But he was conditioned to do the normal.

 

Philip now hates his job, hates the people he works with is 20 pounds overweight and has high blood pressure.    Cheery thoughts right

 

Philip has a nice paycheck, a nice home life but is miserable.

 

I had a choice I could follow that example and do something I hated, or follow what I wanted to do.

 

So What Did I do - Started a Your Net Biz type business, and than started my online business mentoring team which has grown to be successful.

 

I work with some of the best online business mentors in the industry, I like the community, and have created friends I admire and enjoy.  I love getting up in the morning and working from home.   

 

So I told my subconscious mind to go to hell, and listened to what I wanted and in the end it was a huge success story.

 

What about all those people that told me YourNetBiz wouldn’t be successful.  Oh yea some of those negative nillys, have learned from me and are top income earners online with us.

I held a seminar on SEO Strategies, last week.   Focusing on the benefits of targeted traffic when building Your Net Biz.    Many think that utilizing search engines optimization is complex, ad many so-called experts want you to think that.    They use words, and mind maps to make people think that it is some underground strategy that only the wittiest can accomplish.   

 

I have held these trainings in my business mentoring for a few years with much success.    This seminar response was no exception has attendees were eager to test the latest strategies I presented them.  (When I hold a training it is never about hype, or its actual cash generating steps they can use to implement into their business)  The response from the crowd didn’t surprise me.  But the questions that followed did.

 

After several “normal” questions about me and my online business mentors at Your Net Biz, I was then asked a question that literally stopped me in my tracks.   Understand, I expect marketing questions, I expect mentoring questions, and questions about YourNetBiz.  But very seldom do I get in-depth questions about myself.

 

The question that had me fumbling…  Obviously you are working online for the money, why would you give us all this information, what is the pay off.    A little stunning, considering I just gave all this information, but realistically everyone has that inner skeptic that doubts what he or she see.  It’s protective, and should be used, however skeptics can also stop you from reaching you goals. 

 

My Response…

 

My time is valuable, and if I teach you to make money and you succeed will you respect my opinion more.  I can stand up here and tell you I drive a fancy car, I make all this money and at the end of the day who the hell cares.  There are a lot of people who make money online.  Some are great, and some are a—holes, and will stab you in the back to look at you.

 

I started an Internet Business to make money online, I didn’t even start a business to become wealthy.  I did it to help support my family.  What happened after surprised me.    But besides the money, there was something else that happened; I learned to teach others to duplicate what I was doing with success.  The pay off wasn’t about the money, but attracted more of the type of people that I want to work with in YourNetBiz.

 

Business is a pay it forward type community.  The more people you help the more success you will achieve.

So yes, I may not be profiting tonight from this seminar, but when I make you money you will see the value and have a higher opinion of what I do.  The more you show you know what you are talking about the more people will value you.

 

If I stood on stage and gave a lame presentation, with no value would you really care if you saw me again or not.    Or if you take the techniques I shared and you make money will you take me a little more seriously.

 

The gentlemen nodded, and later approached me.   He said I shocked him with my answer, and that he noticed others as well.  He then asked why I didn’t just say I liked helping people.    My response… I do like helping people, but I am not going to shove that down their throat.  Do you want hype or the truth?

 

Again he seemed stunned.
