Have a place to have feedback on your website.  Customers love to interact if you make the option inviting and open on your website. We have seen so many of our YourNetBiz and Primo Vacations members that have said they joined because of the conversations, and the open invitation to interact.  It’s a powerful tool if used right.

 

The other tool is survey monkey.  Ask people what they think of your products and services.  The reviews we have gotten from Primo Vacations, of people saving thousands on vacations is not only a feel good to our myself and online business mentors.  But it also gives the strengths that real people have experienced.  For marketers it also gives us an insight as to the power of your product and service.  Having a strong belief in your product and service goes a long way to creating profits.

 

 

Without customers your Internet Business will not survive.  Having loyal business contacts, and customers is the foundation to become wealthy online.  It starts with on sale, and as the testing proves enhancing on those levels.   Everyone knows you need to market or advertise your business.  But sometimes they forget the importance of tracking, analyzing and traffic conversion.
